Q: How does it work?
A: You ring or email us with details of your car, we then arrange a time and a place to view the car, if we agree on a price we will arrange payment i.e. cash or bankers draft.

Q: What happens if we don’t agree on a price?
A: We shake your hand and walk away at no cost to you.

Q: Are all the documents completed to DVLA requirements?
A: We fill in all documents required by the DVLA. This includes V5 c/3 part of your log book/registration document, which you return to DVLA.

Q: What happens if I have an outstanding H.P. loan against the vehicle?
A: We pay the outstanding amount and any remaining balance is paid to you.

Q: Do you pay cash?
A: Yes we pay cash or bank transfer.

Q: How quickly can I sell my car to you?
A: The same day you ring, if necessary.

Q: What documents will I need?
A: Ideally the V5 Registration Document (Log Book) MOT Certificate, but it is not essential you have any documents.

Q: How long have you been in the motor trade?
A: We have over 25 years experience in buying and selling cars in the motor trade. We offer a polite and friendly service to all.

Q: How far will you travel?
A: We will travel anywhere in the Mainland UK, but are based in King's Lynn Norfolk.

Q: Do you only buy cars that are in good working order?
A: No, any condition or mileage will be considered.
